At the highest levels of sport, success doesn’t come from guessing or downloading a cookie-cutter plan. It comes from experience, adaptability, and knowing exactly what you need in the moment. I’ve been in the sport of triathlon for over 20 years and am currently racing professionally, still testing, refining, and pushing at the front of the sport. I bring that mindset into every coaching relationship I develop, passing down the lessons, strategies, and insights I’ve learned to help you train smarter and race with confidence— from first-time sprint and Olympic-distance racers to experienced 70.3 and Ironman athletes.

My coaching is dynamic, athlete-centered, and all-in: unlimited communication, real-time adjustments, form analysis, in-the-water and virtual swim analysis, and race-day planning that leaves nothing to chance. No pay tiers, no upsells — just full access and a coach who shows up with you every step of the way.

I’m passionate about giving these coaching relationships my all, which is why I only work with a small number of athletes at a time. Based in Central New York, I coach athletes locally in Syracuse, the Finger Lakes, throughout the Adirondacks, as well as remotely across the country. Whether through texts, calls, video feedback, or in-person sessions support, I believe strong communication and trust are what allow athletes to train confidently, stay consistent, and get the most out of themselves in the sport.
